Arm/Leg Circumference:
Measure the circumference of the Arm or Leg right above the cast.
(If the end of the cast it very close to the elbow, measure mid bicep or measure mid thigh)

Cast Protector Length
Measure from the tip of middle finger to top end of cast or prosthetic or from back of heel from floor to top end of cast or prosthetic.
Use toe if heel is bent past 90 degrees
